Skeir, Joseph James " Joey " - Kingston, Kings Co., passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2011, at home.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service celebrating Joey's life will take place in the J.A. Snow Funeral Home, 339 Lacewood Dr., Halifax, (902-455-0531), on Thursday, October 20, at 1 p.m., officiated by Rev. Dr. Lennett J. Anderson. Family flowers only, donations in Joey's memory may be made to either the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Arrangements for cremation are under the care and direction of the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900).
