NICHOLSON (Ramsay), Edna May - 73 of Aylesford, Kings Co., passed away on June 20, 2011 in the Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Bathurst, NB, she was a daughter of the late Mervin and Verna (Morrison) Ramsay. Surviving are her sons, Stephen Nicholson, Langley, B.C.; Brian Nicholson, Cape Breton; daughters, Deborah Hamilton, Calgary, Alta.; Katherine Pearce, Aylesford; grandchildren, Michelle Hebert, Robert James Hamilton, Karen Martin, Barbara Matthews, Shelly Plaxton, Kory Nicholson, Tonya Nicholson and Gail Nicholson; great-grandchildren, Tristan Martin, Dante Hebert, Dominic Hebert, Taylor Martin, Blake Plaxton, Layla Plaxton, Azey Plaxton, Anthony Nicholson; very special great-grandchild, Nicholas Robert Martin.Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband James Ross, son Michael in infancy, and granddaughter Sophie Nichole Martin. Cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Donations in Edna's memory may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Atlantic Division, or to a charity of choice.
