DAGG (Bastock), Jessie Mae - 91 of Kingston, Kings Co., passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in the Windsor Elms Village, Falmouth. Born in Clinton, ON, she was the daughter of the late Mary Charlotte (Blackmore) and George Brown Campbell. An avid crafter, Jessie enjoyed all types of needlework. She loved to bake, and her butter tarts and fresh bread were a family favorite. Jessie had a passion for gardening and African violets. In her early years, she enjoyed square dancing, curling, and riding her Indian Scout motorcycle. Jessie and her first husband, Len, enjoyed many postings with the military, including Cold Lake, AB, Trenton, ON, England and France, retiring in Greenwood. She was a member of St. Mary?¢s Anglican Church, Auburn and a member of the Greenwood Women?¢s Auxiliary where she spent many enjoyable hours volunteering at the Opportunity Shop. Jessie is survived by her children, Bonnie (Rick) Edmonds, Bridgewater; Joanne (Chuck) Stager, Falmouth; Richard (Donna) Bastock, Auburn; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Robert (Kaye) Campbell, Clinton, ON; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband, Herbert Leonard Bastock; second husband, Lawrence James Dagg; sister, Alma Inkley; brothers, George and Elwood Campbell. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m., Tuesday, February 15, in St. Mary?¢s Anglican Church, 20 Morden Rd., Auburn, Rev. Charles Bull officiating with a reception to follow. Spring burial will take place in St. Mary?¢s Anglican Church Cemetery, Auburn. Donations in her memory may be made to the St. Mary?¢s Anglican Church Building Fund or to St. Mary?¢s Anglican Cemetery Fund. The family wishes to express sincere appreciation for the care provided by the staff of the Windsor Elms.
