Obituary of Violet Veinott

VEINOTT, Violet (Bud) Ina, 83, New Ross, passed away at Valley Regional Hospital on July 24, 2010. Born in New Ross she was the youngest daughter of the late Gordon and Grace (Hiltz) Meister and lived in New Ross all of her life. She taught school for 25 �½ years in the New Ross area. Bud was a member, for many years, of the Christ Church Guild. She was also made an Honorary Fire Fighter with the new Ross Volunteer Fire Department. She is survived by her sister, Alice Acker, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Ernest, a sister Marie, brother Ivan, and a sister in infancy. Visitation will take place Tuesday July 27, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Christ Anglican Church, New Ross followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. with Ed Trevors officiating.
