LEVY (TIMMINS), BettyMarie - 56, New Ross, Lunenburg Co., formerly of Waterville, Kings Co., passed away suddenly on Thursday, July 1, 2010, in the Soldier?¢s Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Wolfville, she was a daughter of the late K. Richard and Phyllis R. (MacDonald) Schaeffer. BettyMarie was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Royal Canadian Legion, Ortona Branch # 69, Berwick Surviving are her husband, Robert A. Levy; daughter, Lauralee Timmins, both of New Ross; step-children, Kathy (Don) Castiglione, London, Ont.; Crystal (Gary) Llewellyn, Prospect Rd., Kings Co.; John Timmins, Canning; daughter-in-law, Judy Timmins, Cambridge; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; sisters, Darlene (Harvey) Schaeffer, Burlington; Sylvia (Curtis) Patterson; brothers, Kenneth (Linda), Allen, all of Morristown; Michael Schaeffer, New Ross; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, James R. - Jimì³ Timmins; step-son, J. Reginald - Regì³ Timmins. Visitation for BettyMarie will take place from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Sunday in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900), from where the funeral service will take place 3 p.m., Monday, July 5. Pastor Brian Reid officiating, with burial in the Berwick Cemetery. Donations in her memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to any charity.
