TAYLOR, Larry Raymond (formerly Laurie) ?쳌 86, died peacefully on May 24, 2010 in Rockville, Md. He was the son of the late Raymond Enois and Georgie May Maharney Taylor. He was born in New Ross on February 21, 1924, and grew up in Coldbrook. After serving honorably in the 8th Reconnaissance Regiment, Canadian Army Second Division in the Second World War, Larry married Doris Metherall of Framingham, Mass. and settled in nearby Holliston. He retired after nearly 20 years from Snap On Tools of Natick, Mass. He is survived by Doris, his wife of 56 years; son, Robert and wife Teresa of Colorado, their son Sean; son, Brian and wife Gail of Maryland, their children Christopher, Jessica, and Andrew. He was preceded by his sister, Pauline (husband Robert Cook) (of Coldbrook). Larry loved the Lord, his family, his Canadian homeland, and a good game of crokinole. He will be greatly missed. A graveside service will be held in Elm Grove Cemetery Saturday June 5 at 3 p.m., Pastor John McNally officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of H. C.
