Obituary of Audrey Bernice Arsenault

Arsenault, Audrey Bernice - 81, Berwick, Kings Co., passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Fredericton, N.B., on October 31, 1928, she was a daughter of the late William and Violet (Goodine) Steen. Audrey?¢s life was devoted to her husband and her three sons. She was a member of the Berwick and District Lionettes Club. Audrey enjoyed the company of her friends and neighbours. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Surviving are her beloved husband of 65 years, Howard J. - Howie쳌 Arsenault, Berwick; sons, Steven (Donna) Arsenault, Fredericton; Rick (Mona) Arsenault, Kingston, Kings Co.; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Wayne Arsenault; brother, William Steen; sisters, Alverna Michelin; Joan Williams. Visitation for Audrey will take place from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial St., Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900), from where the funeral service will take place 2 p.m., Saturday, April 17. Rev. Leon Langille officiating, with Interment in Fredericton, N.B., at a later date. Family flowers only, donations in her memory may be made to Palliative Care of the Victorian Order of Nurses, the Victorian Order of Nurses Annapolis Valley Branch or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
