Obituary of Frances Irene Farmer

Farmer, Frances Irene – 84, of Avonport passed away peacefully on March 15, 2013 at the Valley Regional Hospital. Born on July 2, 1928, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary (Stevens) Farmer. Left with fond and loving memories of Frances is her sister, Doris with whom she had lived in Avonport, as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Frances was predeceased by Brothers Lawrence and Dean and sisters, Marjorie, Evelyn, Winifred, and Kathleen. A memorial service for Frances will be held at the Serenity Lindsay Funeral Home Chapel in Wolfville on Monday, March 18th, 2013 at 2:00p.m. with Reverend Wayne Fevens officiating. The family would like to thank the staff of the Wolfville Nursing Home for their compassion and care during her stay, plus Dr. Bruce McLeod and staff of the Valley Regional Hospital.
