47, New Minas, passed away suddenly Saturday May 16, 2009. Born in Toronto, ON., Terry was a son of the late Joel and Christina (Patterson) White. Terry was known for his love of working in the elections throughout the Valley. He was a member of the Liberal and Tory Parties. Terry won the volunteer of the year award for his enthusiastic dedication of services. He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Terry is survived by his brother Scott White of New Minas. Visitation for Terry will be held from 7-9 p.m. Thursday May 21 in H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home 5 Leverett Ave., Kentville, N.S. B4N 2K5 (902-678-2151) where a funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday May 22. Chaplain Jim Norton officiating. Interment will take place in Elm Grove Cemetery, Steam Mill. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or charity of choice.
