72, of Avonport, passed away peacefully, Friday February 15, 2008 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Grand Pré, she was a daughter of the late Bret and Pearl (Brown) Miner. Lova was a very loving and caring mother, grandmother and friend to many. She will be sadly missed by her many family and friends. She is survived by her sons, Mike (Margaret); Tim (Louann); Randy (Laura); daughter, Debbie; sisters, Lenora; Evelyn; Thelma; Pearl; Mary; Marie; 5 grandchildren. Besides her parents, Lova was predeceased by her husband Jack Morine; son, Phillip; brothers, Tom, Jake, Roy and Jack.. Visitation for Mrs. Morine will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday February 20, 2008 in the H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home 568 Main St., Wolfville (902-542-2151) from where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday February 21, 2008 with the Reverend Daniel Jamer officiating. There will be a reception following the funeral service in the funeral home. Burial will take place in Lower Horton Cemetery, Grand Pré.
