85, Aylesford, Kings Co., formerly of Waterville, Kings Co. passed away, Wednesday, August 27, 2008, in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born on August 10, 1923, in Mahone Bay, Lunenburg County, he was a son of the late Walter & Hattie Eisnor (of Lunenburg Co.). Daddy was a carpenter by trade and worked for MacWallace, V.C. Woodworth and Topline Ventures. Daddy played in a band for many years and had a great love for cats. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Surviving are his wife, Grace (Reeves) Eisnor, Waterville; sons, David (Paulette), Waterville; Brian (Joanne), Kentville; Wayne, Waterville; Patrick, Millville; Christopher (Christa), Wilmot; special grandson, David (Cindy), Kentville; daughters, Terry (Gerald) Wheaton, Alta.; Carol (Peter Brown) Eisnor, Weston; Tammy (Ron) Faulkner, Sackville; Heather Smith, Morristown, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sister, Gloria "Doll" Porter, Waterville. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by daughter, Donna Jean Eisnor; several brothers & sisters. Visitation will take place Saturday from 7-9 p.m. at H.C. Lindsay Funeral Home, 192 Commercial Street, Berwick, N.S., B0P 1E0, (902-538-9900), from where a service in celebration of Daddy's life will take place 4 p.m. Sunday, August 31. Pastor Tim Bigelow officiating, with burial will take place in the Waterville Cemetery immediately following the service.
