While it has been decades since I have seen Kay, I remember her very fondly from the years in the late 60s when Margo and I were dating. She and Wilbur were always kind to me and very welcoming when I came to their home in Wolfville and to their cottage on Harmony Lake. My deepest sympathy to Margo, Cynthia, and Reid, and their families.

I grew up with the Telfers. They were great neighbours and will miss my calls to Kaye to see how she was doing. She will be missed by all that knew her. Good bye.

We are so sorry to hear of Kay’s passing.
I had the pleasure of getting to know Kay from mowing her lawn for the past 20 or more.
Her kindness to all will never be forgotten. She was a very sweet lady and myself and my wife Cheryl will miss her dearly. RIP sweet angel

I was saddened to read of your mom's passing. I always thought of your family as amazing people and have many fond memories of our school days. My husband Eric knew your dad as he was also an electrician and your dad helped him get his papers. Enjoy your memories and take good care of each other.

This a touching and true tribute to lovely Kay. I’m always thankful for Kay’s love and friendship, and how she treated me with her wonderful baking, shared plants from her garden (which I will always tend with love), sewed and repaired all numbers of clothes and handbags for me, and always greeted me with her sparkling smile and warm hugs. We always shared laughter, too, with many sly or silly jokes. I am honoured to have been Kay’s friend for my entire adult life. My sincere condolences to Kay’s family and loved ones and I know that we will always miss her, dearly.
